As well as providing initial property valuations for bank lending purposes on acquisition, David will carry out property and portfolio asset valuations, lease renewals and act in rent reviews.

David also acts for tenants on rent review matters, rating and general property management issues. David is a member of the RICS Chairman’s Expert Panel for third party determinations.
